Bilateral cooperation
The Bilateral cooperation are intended to support activities aimed at strengthening the relations between Portuguese and Donor States’ (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) organizations regarding the exchange of international experiences, sharing and transfer of knowledge, and best practices on capacity building and on effectiveness of climate change adaptation actions.

Greenfest
